Technicians I, II, and Leads (Clarksburg, WV)

FiberPlus, Inc. is currently seeking candidates for Technician I, Technician II, and Crew Leader in Clarksburg, West Virginia. All positions require an active Top Secret clearance and BICSI certification is preferred. Drug test, background check, clean driving record, reference checks, and a copy of DMV record upon offer of employment are required.

Technicians I assist with fiber optic and copper cable installations. Under supervision, they install fiber optic and copper cable systems, supporting structures, and components. They are responsible for pulling and securing fiber optic systems, copper cable systems, and electrical systems.

Technicians II install, terminate, test, and certify fiber optic and copper cable systems and support structures. They provide first level quality assurance and supervision. They may also lead small teams to complete project requirements.

Crew Leaders work independently while leading multiple teams and large work crews. They plan and schedule team activities to complete fiber optic and copper cable installation projects per established schedules and budgets.
